Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe is set to make its world debut next week at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, and today we learn that the vehicle will also feature in the upcoming fourth movie Jurassic Park, Jurassic World. This partnership continues the relationship between Universal and film producer German car, was first forged in 1997, The Lost World: Jurassic Park who helped launch the original M-Class to show it clearly.
In Jurassic World, which hits theaters June 12 characters played by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard utilize a number of Mercedes vehicles, with GLE Coupe is expected to have most of the screen time. The version shown in this film will be GLE450 4Matic AMG Coupe, the first of the new AMG Sport line of performance of entry-level Mercedes-AMG.
Version we are most interested in, however, is a special performance models from Mercedes-AMG, the yet-to-be-revealed GLE63 Coupe. The vehicle has been confirmed to debut at the Detroit Auto Show, and you can see at a glance the official teaser video on the Facebook page of Mercedes' (picture below).
We are still not sure what will power GLE63 Coupe. One possibility is the old Mercedes-AMG twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8, while it is also possible we will see a new vehicle adopts a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 is destined to replace the larger units in the 5.5-liter some point.
