Aston Martin has just introduced a luxury sedan Lagonda in Dubai. There, the luxury car will be known as the Lagonda Taraf.
Described as "the best of fast cars," this model is based on a flexible architecture Aston VH and take inspiration from the "1976 Lagonda designed William Towns are now highly sought after." It will be made by the method of hand-built by "artisans men and women of the best" in the Aston Martin manufacturing facility in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
According TopGear, Lagonda could also be launched in other markets outside the Middle East. At the launch event in Dubai, the new CEO of Aston Martin, Andy Palmer said: "I can confirm today that we also evaluate the opportunity to offer this Lagonda in other markets."
There was no notice on the machine, but the model is likely to be supported by a 6.0-liter V12 unit of the new version that produces 600 hp which is sent to the rear wheels through an automatic 8-speed gearbox.
