This phenomenon is strange and unusual that raises a big question mark for anyone who saw it. People calling the waterfall as Blood Falls.

Reporting from the Mirror, Friday (10/24/2014), glacier or ice deposits formed on a separate lakes that make the water stuck to three times saltier than sea water. Unusual levels of salt that makes sea water is too salty to freeze. Forming lakes, salt water is also rich in iron content.
Because of friction in the bedrock, the water trapped in the depths of a quarter mile or 400m, so there is never the slightest sunlight that supply oxygen to the water. So it is certain that the red water comes from the iron content contained in the water.
