Horn Free Day in Lagos Nigeria



Authorities in lagos, nigeria on wednesday ( 10 / 15 ) asked the driver not to honk his vehicle.

Anyone caught honking near schools, hospitals and safety zones, will be fined 20,000 Naira (about Rp1.4 million).
