Crossover market in the country is apparently very tempting variety of vehicle manufacturers, Mercedes Benz is no exception. On the mat IIMS 2014 this time, the manufacturer's logo 'Three Pointed Star' is trying to tease fans in Indonesia by introducing crossrover GLA 200.

By Mercedes Benz, GLA 200 projected for consumers who want a premium crossover with a competitive price. GLA 200 is built on the same platform with the A-Class.
GLA 200 4-cylinder engine equipped with a capacity 1.595cc which can generate power of 156 HP at 5,300 rpm and 250 Nm of torque is obtained at engine speed between 1250-4000 rpm.
The machine is able to make GLA 200 accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometers (km) per hour within 8.8 seconds and has a maximum speed of 215 km per hour.
Not only agile, the machine that carried GLA 200 is said to be fuel-efficient. PT MBI claim if the crossover fuel consumption reaches 16 km per liter through a combination of these.
PT MBI presents GLA 200 in two variants namely Urban and Sport. "GLA and GLA 200 200 Urban Sport complement New Compact Car segment with the Mercedes Benz engine technology has improved," said Stephan Moebius, Sales and Marketing Director for Passenger Cars MBI.
On price, PT MBI GLA 200 Urban at USD 599 million and GLA 200 Sport with a price of Rp 649 million.
